Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies, including LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits. It offers an alternative to traditional powder epoxy encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues such as low power factor, energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, and inconsistent dimensions. Key advantages include a reduced risk of thermal damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-foot treatment), lower noise, increased internal contact area for reduced high-frequency loss, enhanced surge current and voltage handling, and improved energy transfer. The capacitor is constructed with a PBT synthetic resin shell and flame-retardant epoxy resin potting, offering excellent moisture resistance and flame retardancy. It also boasts superior high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) with low loss, making it ideal for high-current, high-frequency applications like resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
