Metallized Film Cartridge Capacitor - MPP92-BOX
The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies, including LLC, LCC resonant, and RC, RCC, DRC absorption circuits. It serves as an advanced alternative to traditional powder epoxy encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing common drawbacks such as low power factor, high energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, non-standard dimensions, and casing cracking. Key advantages include reduced risk of thermal damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-foot treatment), lower noise, significantly improved contact area (150-200% increase) for reduced high-frequency loss and enhanced surge current/voltage tolerance, and a longer service life due to controlled manufacturing processes and specialized testing. The capacitor features a PBT synthetic resin shell and flame-retardant epoxy potting, offering improved moisture resistance and flame retardancy. It also boasts excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) with low loss, making it ideal for high-current, high-frequency applications and general use in resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling circuits.
