Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LED driver power supplies and LLC/LCC resonant & RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in various switching power supplies. It offers an improved alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues like low power factor, energy loss, overheating, short lifespan, and casing cracking. Key advantages include reduced risk of thermal damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-leads), lower noise, and enhanced contact area due to a specially designed internal structure, leading to reduced high-frequency loss, better surge handling, and improved energy transfer. The capacitor is housed in a PBT synthetic resin shell and potted with flame-retardant epoxy resin, providing excellent moisture resistance and flame retardancy. It boasts good appearance consistency, a C-grade flame retardancy rating, and a maximum operating temperature of 110. Its excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) with low loss make it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications, including resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
