Product Overview
The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers an improved alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues such as low power factor, high energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, and inconsistent dimensions. Key advantages include reduced risk of thermal damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-leads), lower noise, enhanced contact area for reduced high-frequency loss, improved surge voltage and current tolerance, and lower internal heat generation. The capacitor is housed in a PBT synthetic resin shell and sealed with flame-retardant epoxy resin, providing excellent moisture resistance and flame retardancy (C-grade). It also boasts excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) with low loss, making it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications like resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
