Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LED driver power supplies and LLC/LCC resonant & RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in various switching power supplies. It offers significant advantages over traditional encapsulated metallized film capacitors, including reduced power factor, lower energy loss, improved heat dissipation, enhanced lifespan, and a more standardized form factor. Key features include a risk-free wave soldering process (eliminating the need for K-leads), reduced noise, and a specially designed internal structure with increased spray gold contact area (150-200%) for lower high-frequency loss, greater surge current/voltage tolerance, and improved energy transfer. Encased in PBT resin and flame-retardant epoxy, it offers enhanced moisture resistance and flame retardancy (Class C), with a high operating temperature of 110. Its excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) make it ideal for high-current, high-frequency applications like resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
