The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies, including LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits. It serves as an oscillating capacitor, offering an alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors. Key advantages include reduced power factor, lower energy loss, improved heat dissipation, enhanced lifespan, and a more standardized form factor compared to conventional designs. This capacitor is engineered to mitigate risks associated with wave soldering, reduce noise, and provide superior contact capability through a specially designed internal structure, leading to lower high-frequency loss and better surge current handling. It features a PBT synthetic resin shell and flame-retardant epoxy potting for improved moisture resistance and flame retardancy, with a flame retardant rating of C and a maximum operating temperature of 110. Its excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and low loss make it ideal for high-current, high-frequency applications such as resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
