Product Description

Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers an alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues such as low power factor, energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, and inconsistent dimensions. Key advantages include reduced risk of thermal damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-feet), lower noise, significantly increased contact area for reduced high-frequency loss, enhanced surge voltage and current handling, and improved energy transfer efficiency. The capacitor is housed in a PBT synthetic resin shell and potted with flame-retardant epoxy resin, providing excellent moisture resistance and flame retardancy. It also boasts good appearance consistency, a C-grade flame retardancy rating, and a maximum operating temperature of 110. Its excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and low high-frequency loss make it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications, including resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
