JURCC X2 Class Capacitors for Power Supply EMI Suppression

JURCC X2 class capacitors are designed for cross-circuit power supply electromagnetic interference suppression. Utilizing a polypropylene film dielectric with vacuum-evaporated zinc-aluminum metal electrodes, these capacitors are wound and encapsulated in a flame-retardant PBT plastic case with epoxy resin. Their compact design is suitable for high-density installations. These capacitors are specifically intended for cross-circuit applications with a rated voltage of 310VAC and a frequency of 50-60Hz. They are not suitable for capacitive power supply circuits; JURCC offers specialized capacitors for such applications.

Damp Heat, Steady State No voltage applied; Temperature: 402, Humidity: 93(+2,-3)%RH, Duration: 56 days 1. No visible external damage. 2. Capacitance change 5%. 3. Endurance Capacitor placed in an oven at 1103, with at least 25MM spacing between capacitors, and subjected to 1.25Ur voltage for 1000H. Every hour, voltage is increased to 1000VAC for 0.1S, applied through a 475% resistor to each capacitor. 1. No visible external damage. 2. Capacitance change 10%. 3. Dissipation factor change: 0.008 (Cr 1.0uF), 0.005 (Cr > 1.0uF). 4. No breakdown or arcing when tested at initial conditions. 5. IR 50% of initial value.

Vibration Capacitor leads are soldered firmly. Vibration frequency range 10-55Hz, amplitude 0.75MM. Vibration from 10Hz to 55Hz and back to 10Hz, approximately 1 minute. Total duration 6 hours, 3 times in mutually perpendicular directions every 2 hours. No visible external damage.
Rapid Change of Temperature Capacitor shall withstand 5 temperature cycles. No visible external damage.
Lead Strength Tensile test: 0.5MM < d 0.8MM, 10N (in lead direction), 10S. Bend test: 0.5MM < d 0.8MM, 5N, rotate capacitor body to 90 degrees, release to 180 degrees opposite position, return to origin. Perform 2 bends continuously in each direction. 1. No visible damage to leads. 2. Capacitance change 5%.
