Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)

Soldering Suggestions
For wave soldering, capacitor body maximum temperature (Ts) should be < 120 and soldering time (ts) < 45 seconds. Pre-heating temperature (Tp) should be < 115. Specific time and temperature limits are provided based on product thickness and lead pitch.
Handling Notes
- Film capacitors should not pass into the SMD adhesive curing when used with SMD components. Leaded components should be assembled after SMD curing.
- Leaded film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.
