Soldering Suggestions

  • Wave Soldering: Capacitor body maximum temperature Ts < 120, soldering time ts < 45s. Pre-heating temperature Tp < 115. Specific times depend on product thickness.
  • Leaded film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.
  • When using SMD and leaded components together, film capacitors should not pass through the SMD adhesive curing process. Leaded components should be assembled after SMD curing.
