Soldering Suggestions
- Wave Soldering: Capacitor body max temperature (Ts) < 120, duration (ts) < 45 s. Pre-heating temperature (Tp) < 115. Specific durations vary based on product thickness and dimensions.
- Manual/Selective Soldering: Capacitor body temperature (Ts) must be < 120.
- SMD Components: Film capacitors should not pass through SMD adhesive curing. Leaded components should be assembled after SMD curing.
- Reflow Soldering: Leaded film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.
