Storage and Handling
Storage Environment: Store at temperature 30, humidity 70%. Unopened MBB (Moisture Barrier Bag) guarantees 24 months of storage. Avoid high temperature, high humidity, and atmospheric contaminants like hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, and sulfuric acid, which can degrade lead solderability.
Soldering Suggestion: Maximum Soldering Temperature: Pre-heating 105 (1min), Soldering 270 (4S).
