13. Humidity (Steady State) Appearance: No visible damage. Capacitance Change: SL 5%, B, E, F 20%. Dissipation Factor: SL 0.3%, B, E, F 5.0%. Insulation Resistance: 3000M. Dielectric Strength: Refer Item 3. 402, 933%RH for 504 hours. Applied voltage 500VAC (UR) on half samples.
14. Impulse Voltage No permanent breakdown or flashover. 8.0KV peak impulse voltage, 24 impulses.
15. Endurance Appearance: No visible damage. Capacitance Change: Within 20%. Insulation Resistance: 3000M. Dielectric Strength: Refer Item 3. 1253 for 1000 hours. Applied voltage 850VAC (1.7UR).
16. Passive Flammability Burning time not exceeding 30 sec. Tissue paper not igniting. 30 sec flame exposure, 121mm flame length.
