Storage and Handling
Storage Environment: Store at temperature 30, humidity 70%. Unopened MBB can ensure 24 months of storage.
Storage Conditions: Avoid exposure to hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, high temperature, and high humidity. Store in air, as solderability of terminations may degrade in other environments.
Soldering Suggestion: Maximum Soldering Temperature: Pre-heating 105 (1 min), Soldering 270 (4s).
