Storage and Handling

Storage Environment and Conditions

Store in conditions where temperature is 30 and humidity is 70%. Unopened MBB (Moisture Barrier Bag) can ensure a storage period of 24 months. Products cannot be exposed to high temperature and high humidity conditions. Due to atmospheric contaminants like hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, and sulfuric acid, solderability of terminations may degrade if stored in open air. Must be stored under the specified storage environment conditions.

Soldering Suggestion

Maximum Soldering Temperature: Pre-heating 105 for 1 min, Soldering 270 for 4S.
