On package: Type, rating, quantity, date of manufacture, location of manufacture, and manufacturer's name.
Soldering Suggestion
Maximum Soldering Temperature: Pre-heating 105 (1 min), Soldering 270 (4S).
Storage Environment and Conditions
Storage Environment: Temperature 30, Humidity 70%. Unopened MBB ensures 24 months storage.
Storage Condition: Avoid exposure to hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, high temperature, and high humidity. Store in air under specified environment conditions.
