Cautions & Storage
- Soldering Suggestion: Maximum Soldering Temperature: Pre-heating 105 (1 min), Soldering 270 (4 sec).
- Storage Environment: Store at temperature 30, humidity 70%. MBB (Moisture Barrier Bag) unopened ensures 24 months of storage.
- Storage Conditions: Avoid exposure to atmosphere containing hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, high temperature, and high humidity. Solderability of terminations may degrade if stored in air.
