Storage and Handling
- Storage Environment: Temperature ≤30, Humidity ≤70%. MBB unopened ensures 24 months shelf life.
- Storage Conditions: Avoid exposure to atmosphere containing hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid. Do not expose to high temperature and high humidity.
- Soldering Suggestion: Pre-heating: 105, 1min. Soldering: 270, 4s.
- Salt Fog Test: Perform after wave peak welding.
