Storage and Handling
Storage Environment: Temperature ≤30, Humidity ≤70%. Unopened MBB ensures 24 months of storage.
Storage Conditions: Store in air, avoid exposure to hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid, high temperature, and high humidity to maintain solderability.
Soldering Suggestion: Pre-heating: 105 1min, Soldering: 270 4S.
Salt Fog Test: Perform after wave peak welding due to tin-plated copper-coated steel leads.
