Usage Precautions
- Soldering: Ensure flux is fully dried before soldering to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the flux application amount.
- Cleaning: Do not immerse semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- Assembly: Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center terminals, or wiper contacts during PCB insertion and assembly to prevent deformation and poor contact. Exercise particular caution with the wiper area on open-type models.
- Storage: Store away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Pay extra attention to storage conditions for long-term storage.
- Stacking: Be mindful of the stacking weight on products during storage.
- Inventory Management: Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory.
