Usage Precautions
- Ensure flux is thoroughly dried before soldering to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the amount of flux applied.
- Do not immerse the semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center terminals, and wiper contacts during PCB insertion and assembly to prevent deformation and poor contact. Exercise extra caution with the wiper area on open-type models.
- Store away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Pay special attention to long-term storage.
- Be mindful of the stacking pressure on products during storage.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system.
