Precautions for Use
- When performing immersion soldering, ensure flux is sufficiently dry to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the amount of flux applied.
- Do not immerse semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- After insertion into a printed circuit board and assembly, avoid applying excessive force to terminals, sliders, or wiper contacts to prevent deformation and poor contact. Exercise particular caution with open-type potentiometers, especially the wiper area.
- Store semi-adjustable resistors away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Pay extra attention to long-term storage conditions.
- When storing, be mindful of the stacking weight on the products.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system.
