Precautions for Use
- Ensure flux is completely dry before soldering to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the amount of flux applied.
- Do not immerse trimmer potentiometers in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center terminals, or wiper contacts during PCB insertion and assembly to prevent deformation and poor contact. Exercise extra caution with the wiper area on open-type models.
- Store away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Special care should be taken for long-term storage.
- Be mindful of stacking pressure on the products during storage.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system.
