Usage Precautions
- Ensure flux is thoroughly dry before soldering to prevent quality degradation. Control flux application amount.
- Do not immerse semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center pins, or wiper parts during PCB insertion and assembly to prevent deformation and poor contact, especially with open-type units.
- Store away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Pay extra attention for long-term storage.
- Be mindful of stacking pressure on products during storage.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system.
