Precautions for Use

  • When performing dip soldering, ensure flux is sufficiently dry to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to flux application amount.
  • Do not immerse semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
  • After insertion into a printed circuit board and assembly, do not apply excessive force to terminals, sliders, or moving contacts, as this can cause deformation and poor contact. Exercise particular caution with the moving part on open-type models.
  • Store semi-adjustable resistors away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Pay extra attention to long-term storage.
  • When storing, be mindful of the stacking pressure on the products.
  • Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system.
