Precautions for Use
- When performing dip soldering, ensure flux is fully dried to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the amount of flux applied.
- Do not immerse semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- After inserting into a printed circuit board and assembly, do not apply excessive force to terminals, center terminals, or wiper contacts, as this can cause deformation and poor contact. Exercise particular caution with the wiper section of open-type potentiometers.
- When storing semi-adjustable resistors, avoid high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gas environments. Pay extra attention to long-term storage.
- When storing, be mindful of the stacking pressure on the products.
- Manage inventory using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.
