Precautions for Use
- Ensure flux is completely dry before soldering to avoid quality degradation. Control flux application amount.
- Do not immerse the semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us for cleaning procedures if necessary.
- Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center terminals, and wiper contacts after insertion into the PCB and assembly, as this can cause deformation and poor contact. Pay special attention to the wiper area on open-type potentiometers.
- Store away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Exercise extra caution for long-term storage.
- Be mindful of stacking pressure on the products during storage.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system.
