Precautions for Use

  • When performing dip soldering, ensure flux is fully dried to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the amount of flux applied.
  • Do not immerse the semi-adjustable resistor in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
  • When inserting into a PCB or during assembly, avoid applying excessive force to the terminals, center terminal, or wiper to prevent deformation and poor contact. Exercise particular caution with the wiper in open-type models.
  • Store semi-adjustable resistors away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Pay extra attention to long-term storage.
  • When storing, be mindful of the stacking pressure on the products.
  • Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory management.
