Precautions for Use
- When performing dip soldering, ensure flux is completely dry to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the amount of flux applied.
- Do not immerse semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center terminals, and wiper contacts after insertion into PCBs and assembly, as this can cause deformation and poor contact. Exercise particular caution with the wiper section of open-type potentiometers.
- Store semi-adjustable resistors away from high/low temperatures, humidity, and corrosive gases. Pay extra attention to long-term storage.
- When storing, be mindful of the stacking pressure on the products.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system for stock items.
