Usage Precautions
- When performing dip soldering, ensure flux is completely dry before soldering to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the amount of flux applied.
- Do not immerse the semi-adjustable resistor in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- After inserting into a printed circuit board and assembly, avoid applying excessive force to terminals, the center terminal, or the wiper. This can cause deformation and lead to poor contact. Exercise particular caution with the wiper section on open-type models.
- Store semi-adjustable resistors away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Exercise extra caution for long-term storage.
- When storing, be mindful of the stacking load on the products.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory management.
