Usage Precautions
- When performing dip soldering, ensure flux is sufficiently dry to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the amount of flux applied.
- Do not immerse the trimmer potentiometer in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, the center pin, or the wiper after insertion into a PCB and assembly, as this can cause deformation and poor contact. Exercise particular caution with the wiper mechanism on open-type potentiometers.
- Store away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Special attention is required for long-term storage.
- Avoid stacking products in a way that causes pressure.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system.
