Precautions for Use
- When performing immersion soldering, ensure flux is fully dried to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the application amount of flux.
- Do not immerse semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center terminals, or wiper contacts after insertion into a PCB and assembly. This can cause deformation and lead to poor contact. Exercise particular caution with the wiper section of open-type units.
- Store semi-adjustable resistors away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Pay extra attention to storage conditions for long-term storage.
- When storing, be mindful of the stacking pressure on the products.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system for stock items.
