Usage Precautions
- When performing dip soldering, ensure flux is fully dried to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to the flux application amount.
- Do not immerse semi-adjustable resistors in solvents. Contact us if cleaning is necessary.
- Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center terminals, or sliders during PCB insertion and assembly to prevent deformation and contact issues. Exercise extra caution with open-type models, particularly around the slider area.
- Store semi-adjustable resistors away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Pay extra attention to long-term storage conditions.
- Be mindful of stacking pressure on products during storage.
- Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory management.
