Usage Precautions

  • Ensure flux is completely dry before soldering to prevent quality degradation. Pay attention to flux application amount.
  • Do not immerse in solvents. Contact manufacturer for cleaning procedures if necessary.
  • Avoid applying excessive force to terminals, center terminals, or wiper contacts after insertion into PCBs and assembly to prevent deformation and poor contact. Exercise particular caution with the wiper area on open-type potentiometers.
  • Store away from high/low temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Special attention is required for long-term storage.
  • Be mindful of stacking pressure on products during storage.
  • Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system.
