ALUMINUM SOLID CAPACITORS - PB series
The PB series aluminum solid capacitors are long-life products designed for operation at 105C with a lifespan of 5000 to 10000 hours. They are suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -55C to +105C and are available in rated voltage ranges from 6.3V to 250V, and rated capacitance ranges from 1F to 2700F. These capacitors offer a capacitance tolerance of 20% at 120Hz and 20C, and a leakage current (LC) of I0.2CV or 500A (whichever is greater) after applying rated voltage for 2 minutes. They also meet stringent endurance requirements at 105C under rated voltage and ripple current, maintaining capacitance, leakage current, ESR, and dissipation factor within specified limits. Moisture resistance tests at 60C and 90-95% RH for 1000 hours also show stable performance within 20% of initial capacitance, within initial specified leakage current, and 150% of initial standard values for ESR and dissipation factor.
