SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors - XT Series
This series of SMD aluminum electrolytic capacitors offers a wide range of capacitance and voltage options, designed for high-density surface mount applications. They are suitable for reflow soldering and feature a long operational life of 2000 hours at 105. The capacitors comply with RoHS 2.0, REACH, and SVHC 240 regulations.

General Specifications:

- Capacitance Tolerance: 20% (120 Hz / +20 )
- Leakage Current: 0.01 CV or 3A (whichever is greater) (after 2 min charge at 20)
- Dissipation Factor (tan ): Refer to the characteristic table
- Low Temperature Characteristics (120Hz): Impedance ratio (Z(-25)/Z(+20)) is not greater than 4 (for 6.3V to 100V). Impedance ratio (Z(-55)/Z(+20)) is not greater than 12 (for 6.3V to 100V).
- Durability: At +105 2, under rated voltage for 2000 hours, capacitance change within 25% (D 6.3mm) or 20% (D 8mm), tan change within 300% (D 6.3mm) or 200% (D 8mm) of initial value, leakage current not greater than initial value.
- High Temperature No-Load Characteristics: Continuous 1000 hours at +105 2, durability requirements must be met.
- Solder Heat Resistance: After reflow soldering, capacitance change within 10% of initial value, tan and leakage current not greater than initial value.
