Endurance and Moisture Resistance
Endurance: Under 105C, with rated voltage and ripple current applied, capacitors shall meet the following requirements after returning to 20C:
- Capacitance Change: Within 20% of initial value
- Leakage Current: Within initial specified value
- ESR: 150% of initial standard value
- Dissipation Factor (tan ): 150% of initial standard value
Moisture Resistance: Stored at 60C, RH 90~95% for 1000H, capacitors shall meet the following requirements:
- Capacitance Change: Within 20% of initial value
- Leakage Current: Within initial specified value
- ESR: 150% of initial standard value
- Dissipation Factor (tan ): 150% of initial standard value
