Endurance and Moisture Resistance

Endurance: Under 105, applying rated voltage and ripple current, then returning to 20, capacitors shall meet:

  • Capacitance Change: Within 20% of initial value
  • Leakage Current: Not exceed the initial specified value
  • ESR: Not exceed 150% of initial standard value
  • Dissipation Factor (tan ): Not exceed 150% of initial standard value

Moisture Resistance: Stored at 60C, RH90~95% for 1000H, capacitors shall meet:

  • Capacitance Change: Within 20% of initial value
  • Leakage Current: Not exceed the initial specified value
  • ESR: Not exceed 150% of initial standard value
  • Dissipation Factor (tan ): Not exceed 150% of initial standard value
