Product Overview

The ISA-WELD BVE 5930 series are SMD precision resistors designed for high-current applications. These resistors offer high continuous power handling up to 10 W and continuous current loads up to 220 A (for the 0.2 mOhm variant). Featuring massive copper connectors and excellent long-term stability, they are ideal for mounting on DCB/IMS substrates and can withstand solder temperatures up to 350 C for 30 seconds. These resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and suitable for demanding applications such as current sensing in power hybrids, high-current automotive systems, frequency converters, and power modules.
