The INNOTION YV257208 is a high-performance InGaP/GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC Oscillator with integrated negative resistance devices, buffer amplifiers, filters, and active biasing networks. It offers excellent phase noise performance and harmonic suppression due to its monolithic structure and integrated filters. The device features an En/TC pin for enabling and stabilizing current and thermal compensation. It is internally matched to 50 and comes in an industry-standard DFN 2x2 6L package with ESD protection.
