Product Overview
The YSGM07014010 is a highly integrated VCO with a standard package size. It utilizes high cutoff frequency RF transistors for oscillation, delivering high output power and good isolation. The VCO features a stable oscillation circuit, high-precision varactor diodes, and high output power RF triodes to ensure stable waveforms and high output power. It operates on a standard 5V supply, compatible with 4.2V to 5V voltage ranges, and offers a wide tuning voltage range for broadband, high-power output. Integrated rectifier filtering and RF output matching units require minimal external components and provide good output power flatness. The RF output can directly connect to a 50 RF cable for ease of use. The device comes in a 7mm9mm2mm universal package, allowing for direct replacement of similar products on the market.
