Usage Precautions

  • Polarity sensitive; ensure correct connection to avoid short circuits or damage. Use non-polar capacitors if polarity is uncertain.
  • Do not apply reverse voltage or DC voltage exceeding the rated voltage.
  • Ripple current should be kept below the rated value to prevent overheating and capacity reduction. The sum of ripple voltage peak and DC voltage should be less than the rated working voltage.
  • Operate within the rated temperature range (-40 to +105) for optimal lifespan.
  • Leakage current may increase after long-term storage; pre-charging may be necessary.
  • Not suitable for circuits with frequent charge/discharge cycles.
  • Avoid mechanical stress on leads during installation or soldering.
  • Soldering temperature and time should be controlled to prevent damage to the sleeve.
  • Do not use halogenated organic cleaning agents. If cleaning is necessary, use approved agents and dry with hot air (not exceeding the upper limit temperature).
  • Do not use halogenated organic fixing agents or coatings, especially on the sealing area.
  • Recommended storage conditions: 35, <75% RH, out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
  • Dispose of according to local industrial waste regulations.
