Usage Precautions
- Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are polarized; ensure correct polarity during installation to prevent short circuits or damage.
- Do not apply reverse voltage or DC voltage exceeding the rated voltage.
- Ripple current should be kept below the rated value to prevent overheating and reduced lifespan. The sum of the peak ripple voltage and DC voltage must not exceed the rated working voltage.
- Operate within the rated temperature range for optimal lifespan.
- Capacitors are not suitable for circuits with frequent charge and discharge cycles.
- Avoid improper installation or stress on lead wires.
- Soldering time and temperature should be controlled to prevent damage to the sleeve.
- Do not use halogenated organic cleaning agents. If cleaning is necessary, use approved agents and ensure proper drying.
- Do not use halogenated organic fixing or coating agents, especially covering the sealing area.
- Recommended storage conditions: 35, <75% RH, out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
- Dispose of capacitors according to local industrial waste regulations.
