Usage Precautions
- Polarized: Ensure correct polarity. Use non-polarized capacitors if polarity is uncertain.
- Voltage: Do not exceed rated voltage or apply reverse voltage. Use within rated voltage for optimal lifespan.
- Ripple Current: Keep ripple current below rated value to prevent overheating and capacity reduction. Peak ripple voltage + DC voltage must be less than rated voltage.
- Temperature: Operate within rated temperature range. Lower ambient temperature extends lifespan.
- Storage: Long-term storage may increase leakage current, especially at higher temperatures. Pre-charge if necessary.
- Frequent Charge/Discharge: Not suitable for circuits with frequent charge/discharge cycles.
- Installation: Avoid stress on leads. Ensure good soldering, proper PCB hole spacing, and do not bend leads or body.
- Soldering: Avoid excessive soldering time/temperature to prevent sleeve damage.
- Cleaning: Do not use halogenated organic solvents. If cleaning is necessary, use appropriate solvents and dry with hot air (not exceeding max temp).
- Fixing Agents: Do not use halogenated organic series fixing agents or coatings. Avoid sealing the capacitor's sealing area.
- Storage Recommendation: Store in a cool, dry place (<35, <75% RH), away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months. Check characteristics if stored longer.
- Disposal: Contact local industrial waste disposal services.
