Usage Precautions
- Electrolytic capacitors are polarized; ensure correct polarity. Reverse connection can cause short circuits or damage.
- Do not apply reverse voltage or DC voltage exceeding the rated voltage.
- Ripple current should be kept below the rated value to prevent overheating and reduced lifespan.
- Operate within the rated temperature range for optimal lifespan.
- Long-term storage may increase leakage current; pre-charging may be necessary.
- Not suitable for circuits with frequent charge/discharge cycles.
- Improper installation or stress on leads can cause internal damage.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures during soldering to prevent sleeve damage.
- Do not use halogenated organic solvents for cleaning. If cleaning is necessary, use appropriate agents and ensure thorough drying.
- Avoid using halogenated organic compounds as fixatives or coatings, especially near the sealing area.
- Recommended storage conditions: 35, <75% RH, out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
- Dispose of used capacitors according to local industrial waste regulations.
