Usage Precautions
- Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are polarized; ensure correct polarity during installation.
- Do not apply reverse voltage or DC voltage exceeding the rated voltage.
- Ripple current should be kept below the rated value to prevent overheating and reduced lifespan.
- Operate within the rated temperature range for optimal lifespan.
- Capacitors stored for extended periods may exhibit increased leakage current, which typically decreases after applying voltage. Pre-charging may be necessary if leakage current affects the circuit.
- Not suitable for circuits with frequent charge/discharge cycles.
- Avoid mechanical stress on leads during installation and soldering.
- Soldering time and temperature should be managed to prevent damage to the sleeve.
- Do not use halogenated organic solvents for cleaning. If cleaning is necessary, use approved agents and ensure thorough drying.
- Avoid using halogenated organic compounds as fixing or coating agents.
- Recommended storage conditions: 35, <75% RH, out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
- Dispose of capacitors according to local industrial waste regulations.
