Usage Precautions
- Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are polarized; ensure correct polarity during installation.
- Do not apply reverse voltage or DC voltage exceeding the rated voltage.
- Ripple current should be kept below the rated value to prevent overheating and lifespan reduction.
- Operate within the rated temperature range for optimal lifespan.
- Long-term storage may increase leakage current; pre-charging may be necessary.
- Not suitable for circuits with frequent charge/discharge cycles.
- Avoid stress on leads during installation or soldering to prevent internal damage.
- Soldering time and temperature should be managed to prevent damage to the sleeve.
- Do not use halogenated organic cleaning agents. If cleaning is necessary, use approved agents and dry thoroughly.
- Avoid using halogenated organic fixing or coating agents, especially near the sealing area.
- Recommended storage conditions: 35, <75% RH, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
- Dispose of capacitors according to local industrial waste regulations.
