5 Resistance to Soldering Heat Measure resistance before test. Dip lead into solder pot (35010) for 3.50.5S at a depth of 2+0/-0.5mm from the body. Recover for 1h, measure resistance, calculate change rate. Resistance Change: R(1%R+0.05)

8 Lead Strength Tensile: 10N for 10S. Bending: Apply 5N load, tilt body approx. 90 in 2-3S, recover, bend in opposite direction (2 bends total). Resistance Change: R(1%R+0.05)
9 Vibration Resistor body 61mm from mounting point. Vibration frequency 10-500Hz, amplitude 0.75mm or acceleration 98m/s (whichever is smaller). Directions Z, X, Y axes for 2h each, total 6h. Cycle 1min (10-55-10Hz). Measure resistance, calculate change rate. 1) Appearance: No mechanical damage.

10 Climatic Sequence Dry heat, cyclic damp heat (test Db, 1st cycle), cold, low pressure, cyclic damp heat (test Db, remaining cycles), DC load. Resistance Change: R(5%R+0.1)

11 Accidental Overload Install sample in single-layer wire mesh cylinder 253mm from body. Apply 5, 10, 16 times rated power overload for 5min or until open circuit. Wire mesh cylinder does not ignite.
