Impact Resistance

Test method: Close switch K1, open switch K2. Repeatedly switch K1 ON/OFF for 100 cycles (2S ON, 2S OFF). The test resistor should not become open circuit. (Refer to Figure 3).

Note: Capacitor C selection based on customer requirements; default C=10uF if not specified. Resistor R value selection based on the circuit, converted to internal resistance; resistor power rating 20W, power factor 0.8; for resistors below 10W, typically use 20W, 5.1K(5%).

6 Rapid Temperature Change Cycle: Low temp (-553) for 30min, room temp 2-3min, high temp (1553) for 30min, room temp 2-3min. Repeat 5 cycles. Recover 1-2h, measure resistance, calculate change rate. Resistance change: R(1%R+0.05)

10 Climatic Sequence Dry heat -> Cyclic damp heat (Db) first cycle -> Cold -> Low pressure -> Cyclic damp heat (Db) remaining cycles -> DC load. Resistance change: R(5%R+0.1)

11 Accidental Overload Install sample in single-layer wire mesh cylinder 253mm from body. Apply 5, 10, 16 times rated power overload for 5min or until open circuit. Wire mesh cylinder does not ignite.
