Impact Resistance Performance

According to Figure 3, by closing switch K1 and opening K2, repeatedly switch K1 ON/OFF for 2S ON and 2S OFF for 100 times. The test resistor should not become open-circuited.

Notes: 1. Capacitor C capacity is selected based on customer requirements. If no special requirements, C=10uF. 2. Resistor R value is selected based on the circuit used and converted to internal resistance. Resistor power is 20W, power factor is 0.8. Resistors below 10W generally use 20W, 5.1K (5%).

6 Rapid Temperature Change Perform 5 cycles of: low temperature (-553) for 30 min, room temperature for 2-3 min, high temperature (1553) for 30 min, room temperature for 2-3 min. Measure resistance after 1-2h recovery and calculate the resistance change rate. Resistance change: R(1%R+0.05)
